Hunza is a private accommodation facility located in the Maşukiye area of Kocaeli, offering longevity-focused services. It takes its name from the Hunza Turks, known for their healthy and long lives, who live along the border of Pakistan and India. The Hunza community is one of the rare populations in which chronic illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases are virtually unseen, and the average lifespan is said to be around 120 years. This way of life—also recognized in the Guinness Book of Records—forms the main inspiration for our facility.

At Hunza, we are dedicated to promoting health and natural living through the provision of high-quality, organic products. Nestled in the fertile lands of southern Turkey, we adhere to traditional farming methods to cultivate the purest and most nutritious produce.
We are firmly committed to the principles of organic farming. Our fields are free from chemical fertilizers and harmful pesticides.
